Millie and Hugo met on the set of E4’s long-running reality show Made In Chelsea and are approaching their fourth wedding anniversary.
It comes as Millie announced earlier this month that she was renaming her podcast after being accused of copying the name of a popular breastfeeding support Instagram page.
The reality star has been accused of failing to do her due diligence and copying the name Mama’s Milk for her new parenting podcast.

She recently launched her podcast alongside close friend Charlie Bound, who is also a mother of two, but just days after the launch she was forced to apologize for her choice of name.
Emily, who runs Instagram page and retail brand mamas.milk, had slammed Millie and her company for using her name, admitting “it’s a kick in the teeth” after four years of hard work.
Posting an update, Millie told her Instagram followers, “After many conversations with my team over the past 24 hours, I have decided to change the name of our podcast.”
‘It was never my intention to copy or profit for free from someone else’s name and hard work and although legally – after carrying out trademark checks – we may be entitled to using it, morally, is just not the right thing to do.
Explaining how she and her team came up with the name, she continued, “For those of you who have listened to our Mama’s Milk podcast, you’ll know the name comes from us ‘spilling the milk’ and discussing all things love, life and small.’
“However, we have a duty of care to our listeners and other brands not to cause confusion around the use of the names.” I wouldn’t feel comfortable moving forward with the current name knowing the upheaval it has caused and we sincerely apologize for that.
Millie ended her post titled ‘We heard you and change is coming’ by writing, ‘We are going to rebrand and keep you posted. I wish you all a wonderful holiday weekend.
As noted on her website, Emily is a mom to someone who started voluntarily supporting other women on their breastfeeding journey in 2019 after encountering feeding issues of her own.
