The Queensland waitress who clashed with Katy Perry over a coffee table has revealed details of her embarrassing encounter with the pop superstar.
Indianna Paull went viral on TikTok earlier this week after revealing she served the American singer, 37, while working at a cafe in Port Douglas on Saturday.
Indianna, who didn’t recognize Katy from under her hat and sunglasses, told the Roar hitmaker she should wait for a table to become available.
Discussing the encounter on Sunrise Thursday, Indianna clarified that Katy wasn’t acting like a diva and insisted the star had a very good reason for wanting the first available table.
‘Looking back, the reason she wanted to come in [the café] was because people were taking pictures of her,” she told co-hosts Natalie Barr and David Koch.
“I was so oblivious, running around like a headless moron, I had no idea!” she laughed.
