When authorities discovered that a new Detroit police officer had a profile on OnlyFans, she decided to quit. After graduating from the police academy in March, Janelle Zielinski landed a job with the Detroit Police Department.

What made her quit?

When Detroit Police Chief James White discovered that Zielinski was running the OnlyFans site on Tuesday, Sept. 13, she was placed on leave pending an investigation. Then he found out that Zielinski had submitted his resignation letter the day before. Even though the lockout started on September 23, he is no longer working because of it.

Although Zielinski’s personal Instagram had a link to her explicit OnlyFans page, she did not upload any photos of herself in uniform to OnlyFans, but did share them there.

What was Graveline’s comment?

Graveline

Chris Graveline, who heads the Detroit Police Department’s professional standards division, said: “One of our officers had a payroll set up on his Instagram account and was posting pornographic films on the other side of the payroll.

“One of the most important parts of DPD is that you also have to have a clean personal life. Our officers pay close attention to this, so when something like this is seen, command takes immediate action. Chief White takes these issues seriously as they affect the entire city of Detroit, not just DPD,” graveline added.

Zielinski has not said anything about her decision to quit.

But the department later learned that Zielinski had left the military the day before. Her resignation letter would have taken effect on September 23, but she was suspended and had to leave her job before that date.

Director Graveline said police officers should keep their “private lives clean”.

“One of the most important parts of DPD is that you have to keep your private life clean as well. Our officers pay close attention to this, so when something like this happens, the Command moves very quickly. Chief White takes these matters very seriously as they affect not only the Detroit Police Department, but the entire city.

Zielinski posted her reaction to the event and rumors on Instagram. The former police officer denied she had been “fired”. She said she left the force to “improve my life and be with the people I care about and love.”

“Since everyone already knows, I’ll just say it… I left DPD to better my life and spend more time with the people I love and care about. I have never been fired or had any trouble. So [cat emoticons] who can’t handle other people’s success. It is not my fault.”

Janelle Zielinski’s Instagram account has more than 5,000 followers. The person who posts on social media shows pictures of her workouts and pictures of her tattooed bodybuilder body. Janelle said this in the caption of one of her posts about her successful gym workout:

“Today I went for a ride in the 90s for the shoulders. After 17 hours of work, it was pretty good.” In the video, she works out with dumbbells while her trainer shows her how to do the moves.

According to the Daily Star, the link to Janelle Zielinski’s OF account was in her Instagram bio and she is said to charge $12 (£10.40) a month to have her photos displayed.

The Daily Star says Detroit police also confirmed that none of the adult content Janelle Zielinski posted showed her in police uniform. On her Instagram account, she was seen wearing a police uniform, which showed that there was a link.

On Tuesday, September 13, Chief James White of the Detroit Police Department requested an investigation into the matter and her removal from duty, only to find that she had already been terminated. Chris Graveline, who oversees the Detroit Police Department’s Professional Standards Section, said Zielinski’s social media account was used to find her profile. Zielinski’s Instagram bio links to her OnlyFans account, where she charges $12 a month for access to her rich photos. The Daily Star says police said the officer was not in uniform in the OnlyFans photos, but was in the Instagram photos.

The Daily Mail says that on Tuesday, Sept. 13, Zielinski wrote on her Instagram story, “Just saying because everyone already knows. I left the Detroit Police Department to better my life and be with people who care about me and love me.” She added, “I’ve never been fired or been in any trouble. So if you’re crazy and can’t handle other people’s success, that’s on you, not me.”

This isn’t the first time a policewoman has been fired for trying to make a living as an OnlyFans model. Melissa Williams, a police officer from Colorado, became the OnlyFans model this year. She was later fired because of some provocative pictures she posted online. Melissa Williams had been on the force for 28 years, so she had no choice but to “retire” from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. She worked there for over 11 years.

The 46-year-old woman said she started posting her content on OnlyFans in May 2020 to spice up her sex life with her husband. Williams told Jam Press, “My personal sex life was completely separate and never interfered with my work.” “I was shocked and scared because these two parts of my life had never met before. It is said that when she left the army, she received a severance package of $30,000.

Andrea Zendejas, who used to be a police officer in Texas, also joined OnlyFans after giving up her job as a police officer. The former policewoman has an active account on the site where people pay $15 a month to see her exciting content. The ex-cop describes herself on the page as “an American woman with a big booty, a gun, tattoos and a love for underwear.” Zendejas, who is a mother of two, also posts hot things on her Instagram page, which has over 25,000 followers.

One of our officers had a payroll set up on his Instagram account and posted pornographic videos for the payroll,” said Chris Graveline, who heads the professional standards section of the Detroit Police Department.

Chief James White learned of the pornographic site Tuesday morning. He opened an investigation and suspended Zielinski, only to find that she had quit the day before. She graduated from the police academy in March and started working for the DPD that same month.

Zielinski’s letter of resignation took effect on September 23, but she will no longer work as she has been suspended.

Janelle Zielinski quit the Detroit Police Department a day before Police Chief James White saw her Single Fans page.

FOX 2 legal analyst Charlie Langton, who doesn’t subscribe to Only Fans but knows about the site, says what happened was legal.

“The question is whether something you do outside of work can get you fired.” Charlie said. “She wasn’t in uniform, it was after hours, etc. as I understand it. Let’s assume these things are true, because I think they are. No one has the right to work, and that’s the bottom line. Most of the people in this world are what people call “employees at will”. What does it mean? It means your boss can fire you for any reason.”

Does this apply to people who work for the city or state? Yes, but there may be an exception if you have a contract or are a union member.

“Most contracts have something called a ‘morality clause.’ What does it mean? I’m not sure. It’s not clear what that means,” he said.

But Charlie said Ryan Ermanni would be pulled from FOX 2 if he was on Only Fans, which he isn’t.

“At the end of the day, no one has the right to a job where everyone only works when the boss wants them to.” So if you do any questionable activity, you’re out,” Charlie said.

Police said Zielinski was not in uniform on her Only Fans page, but was in uniform in photos that linked to Only Fans on her Instagram page.

Krista Symansic said that having an OnlyFans account is legal, but explained why the site may be in trouble as an officer.

“As long as he’s not doing anything illegal. Can OnlyFans be used? “she told me. “I could see how it was a conflict of interest because he’s promoting it on Instagram while also promoting that he’s a cop.
