In a since-deleted clip, Slater filmed his parents’ reaction — Angela, 64, and Courtney B. Vance, 62 — to the fake news that Wakanda Forever costar Michael B. Jordan died.

After the video was removed, Vance shared an apology, saying, “I want to sincerely apologize for participating in such a harmful trend.”
