Philadelphia Eagles defense end Josh Sweat sustained a neck injury but has movement in all limbs after being injured in a tackle in scary scenes against New Orleans on Sunday.
The Eagles said Sweat was taken to the hospital “as a precaution.” Sweat did pound his hands on the floor before he was taken off the field on a stretcher in the first quarter.
The 25-year-old went down after trying to tackle Saints running back Adam Prentice midway through the first quarter.

The entire Eagles team came to the sidelines and met Sweat on the field as he was put on the gurney.
Fans chanted his name as he finally left the field after a long hiatus for medics to treat him.
Sweat has 11 sacks and had a sack in five straight games before getting injured late in the first quarter.
The Eagles eventually lost 20-10 to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon
The Eagles came in 13-2, needing one win to clinch the NFC East and the top seed in the NFC.
But in the end, they lost 20-10 to the Saints.
They also played without quarterback Jalen Hurts for the second straight week due to a sprained right shoulder.
